Cursor for spreadsheets

In 2025, we launched a Cursor for spreadsheets that went viral. This was the first version of Superworker.

Agent Sheets

Later, I started experimenting with WebMCP and built Agent Sheets, a spreadsheet that Codex and ChatGPT can work in directly. I can ask them to create or edit a sheet, change cells myself, and then ask them to keep going from my edits.

When we first built Superworker, we put AI inside the spreadsheet. With Agent Sheets, I wanted to try it the other way around: keep using the AI tools I already use, with the context they already have, and let them work directly in the sheet.

Still a small experiment, but I've been enjoying it a lot.
